At Anchors Port Campbell we provide a luxury rural retreat maintained to a national standard of 4½ Stars. We provide you with touring advise and local knowledge of the iconic 12 Apostles Coast region to make the most of your stay with us.

Anchors Port Campbell is a family run business, we pride ourselves on providing a country escape with high quality amenities. We are passionate about the place we are blessed to be living in amongst an amazing landscape, the stripped back beauty of the natural surrounds and the big nature on offer.

We delight in being able to share with you the serenity in the tranquil surrounds with Southern Ocean vistas and valley views. Quality relaxation for the mind, body and spirit we invite you to come as you are and leave a little different. We are available at your convenience if required and take pleasure in assisting with your trip planning.

At Anchors Port Campbell we offer our guests attentive and discreet service in order to guarantee a relaxing and pleasant stay. We are a self-catering property and not serviced daily. A complimentary mid-stay service is provided for stays of 7 days or longer. We also offer optional cleaning arrangements should you require at $50 per clean.

We care for the environment and encourage you to use the recycling bins available. Rainwater is collected on site around the property. Filtrated producing safe, natural aqua pura to cleanse and nourish your body. By using “Who gives a crap” an eco-friendly toilet paper we are supporting sanitation projects in the developing world.

• We are more than happy to offer a complimentary farm tour and introduction of our animals “Bonnie” the miniature Irish donkey, “Porkies” and “Olive” our pigs, “Jack” the Jack Russell dog, “Max” the guinea pig and our ducks. Enjoy watching the cows graze in the paddocks and the arrival of new life in calving season.

Full payment required on booking. All cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee this applies to the full amount of the booking.

Off-Peak cancellations must be received more than 14 days of reservation date, within this time the booking is non-refundable.

30 days cancellation is required during Peak Periods including School & Public Holidays, Long Weekends and Special Events.

Cancellations must be received according to these terms.

• A reception area with intercom provides direct connection to the duty manager. Ian White proprietor lives on site at the main house on the farm. The Manager Tanya White is available on 0417434400.
• Check-in times advised are from 2.30-6pm. A late check-in is available by arrangement. Also on request an early check-in may be available.
• Check out time is 10.30am. A late check out fee will be charged failing to vacate on time.
• The number of guests staying in the villa should correlate to the number on your booking. We are specifically designed for couple accommodation, each villa has a king bed however we can provide a sofa bed for one extra guest or child over 2 years of age at a cost of $25.00 per extra person.
• Children under 2 years of age are free of charge. A cot is available on request at no charge. Please ensure children do not disturb guests in neighbouring villas.
• Accommodation charges are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Specific villas are not guaranteed however we endeavor to fulfill requests.
• Guests authorize Anchors Port Campbell to charge all amounts agreed upon to their credit card. Your credit card will act as our property bond to cover damage, beyond ordinary wear and tear to the villa, or in the event that contents of the room are missing.
• Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
• No smoking inside the villa however ashtrays are provided on the deck.
• Guests are required to leave the property in a clean, neat and tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees of $50 per hour will be incurred should the villa be left in an unacceptable condition.
• Allocated car parking is provided behind each villa.
